Give us a call to ensure that we still have availability - we will hold a pencil booking for you for a couple of weeks.

Send in the completed booking form and deposit - bearing in mind that you can change any of these details right up to 10 working days before your event.

On receipt of your deposit we will call you to verify the details of your booking.

Call us to confirm final details 10 working days prior to your event. We can then prepare your invoice. For delivered catering, payment is required prior to delivery. If you have arranged to pick up your catering from us, payment can be made before or at the time of pick up.

Hire equipment

Complete the details on the hire contract and send in to us with your catering order. We will have your equipment ready with your food. Or at the prearranged time.
